Hello Awesome Community,
Hawaii’s Volcano Circus and SPACE is thrilled to be hosting our first ever
Red Road Resource Fair on Saturday March 25th!
This will be an opportunity for our community to gather, learn about amazing local organizations that can be important resources, discuss disaster preparedness, and enjoy some amazing music, food and circus! It is also an opportunity for us at HVC Red Road Resilience Hub to learn more about the needs of our community in terms of disaster prep and other challenges, so we will be asking folks to fill out a Critical Needs survey as part of the event.
This is a big event and we will need help making it all happen! Below I am listing the needs we have, with the contact information for who is organizing that aspect. If you feel called towards helping with any of these tasks, please email the person indicated.
Volunteers needed for:
Parking (need to arrive 8:30am to help presenters park, and help folks until about 11:30am)
Survey Helpers (need to be there 9:45-2pm) to help community members fill our the Critical Need survey on chromebooks, ipads, or their own phones
Garden to Grindz (imu pit) – Many opportunities to help out with preparing amazing local food for the people!
