End-User License Agreement

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This End-User License Agreement applies to the internal Class Tracker, reporting, and accounting tools operated by Hawaii’s Volcano Circus, also known as SPACE. By using these tools, you agree to use them only for authorized SPACE business.

Authorized Use

The tools are provided for authorized SPACE staff, teachers, contractors, and administrators to manage classes, attendance, payments, teacher settlements, venue records, and related accounting workflows. They are not a public consumer application.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping their account access secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. SPACE may grant, limit, suspend, or remove access at any time based on operational needs.

Accurate Records

Users must enter class, attendance, payment, and accounting information accurately and in good faith. Records may be reviewed, corrected, reconciled, exported, or retained for business, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Connected Services

The tools may connect with services such as Google Workspace, Zeffy, QuickBooks, Intuit services, Cloudron, WordPress, and other operational systems. Users must follow the applicable terms for those connected services when using them through SPACE workflows.

Restrictions

Users may not misuse the tools, attempt to access records they are not authorized to view, interfere with system operation, upload unlawful material, or use the tools for any purpose unrelated to SPACE operations.

Ownership

The tools, workflows, records, reports, and related materials are owned or controlled by SPACE, except for third-party services and materials owned by their respective providers. This agreement does not transfer ownership of any SPACE or third-party intellectual property.

No Warranty

The tools are provided for operational use as available. SPACE does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free reporting, or compatibility with every device, browser, or connected service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPACE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools. Users remain responsible for reviewing operational and accounting records before relying on them for final decisions.

Termination

SPACE may suspend or terminate access at any time if access is no longer needed, if a user leaves their role, or if these terms are violated.
