Waiver and Photo Release
All participants in SPACE programs are required to fill in our waiver and photo release. Before joining a class, follow the below links to sign the waiver and photo release for yourself and/or your children under 18 years old. Be sure to bring a screen shot or download a copy of the signed waiver and photo release.
